The Brea Police Department has hired a consultant to conduct a Staffing Needs Analysis. The study will include a review of the department’s current operations, a statistical data study, and an analysis of projected population growth as it relates to law enforcement service needs. Additionally, as part of this needs analysis, we are looking to members of our community to provide perspective and feedback to assist with this process. At the conclusion of this project, recommendations for any changes in staffing or resource re-allocation will be made.
