At its December 5 meeting, the Brea City Council appointed Glenn Parker as the Brea Mayor and Christine Marick as Mayor Pro Tem. The City Council Members are: Cecilia Hupp, Marty Simonoff and Steven Vargas.

Schedule Adjusts for Holiday Trash Collection

After each major holiday, neighborhood trash collection is delayed by one day for the remainder of that week. An extra pick-up will also be made for disposal of holiday trees. This begins Tuesday, December 26 and ends on Saturday, January 6, 2018.
