Brea boasts a magnitude of recreational opportunities for all age groups and interests. There are two public golf courses in Brea. Soccer, Little League Baseball and Pop Warner Football leagues as well as Boys and Girls Club and American Explorers are well established. Brea is also home to one of the strongest Scouting programs in the County.

Recreation Scholarship Fund
The Helping Hand Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to individuals from low-income families in Brea to participate in fee-based recreation activities offered by the City. Scholarship funds are generously donated by local organizations, businesses and individuals. Recycling
