Sign-Up to Receive Water Utility Bills via Email
There’s a new way to view and receive your City of Brea Water Utility bill. Sign-up today for E-Billing and receive notifications by email that your bill is ready to view. After enrolling, you are able to view bills online, anytime.
Click here to sign-up for E-Billing. In addition to viewing water utility bills online, you have the option to “suppress statements” and go paperless. By doing so, you will no longer receive water utility bill statements by mail. Instead, each month you will receive an email alerting you that your bill is ready to view online, saving you time and paper.
Go Green and sign-up today! To kick-off this new electronic feature, the City of Brea is partnering with the Arbor Day Foundation. For every account that goes paperless, a tree will be planted in one of our nation’s forests where it’s needed the most. Don’t wait, this is a limited time promotion.
Your payment options will remain the same.
E-Pay - Make water utility payments by phone or online, using an electronic check, debit or credit card. A direct link is available when viewing your bill online. A service fee for each transaction will apply.
AutoPay – Sign-up to have your water utility bill automatically deducted from your checking account each month. There is no fee for this service.
Mail – Mail a check to the City of Brea Water Utility, PO Box 2237, Brea, CA 92822-2237.
Drop Box – A box is available to drop your payment off in front of the Civic & Cultural Center.
Walk-in – Stop by the Administrative Services counter, on level 3, of the Civic & Cultural Center during business hours. Click here to see operating hours.
