The Planning Commission hearing on the proposed Canyon Crest residential project in Carbon Canyon heard a presentation from the developer and testimony from the public during their meeting of April 22. The matter has been continued to the next meeting on May 13.
Brea’s Draft Housing Element was sent to the State office of Housing and Community Development. California requires that all cities in the SCAG region are required to update their Housing Element by June 30, 2008.
