Cancelled Classes:
Full refunds/credits are available for courses cancelled by the City or Instructor.

Class Withdrawal:
Participant requested withdrawals must be made a minimum of 3 business days prior to the start of class. These incur a $5 administrative processing fee.

Guidelines:

• Refunds are available less a $5 administrative fee only if notice of withdrawal is given at least 3 business days prior to the start of the class. 
• Withdrawals/refunds are not available once a program begins. 
• Credit card transactions will be credited to the original card used. 
• Refund checks will be mailed for cash or check transactions. This process takes 3 to 4 weeks.
