Full refunds/credits are available for courses cancelled by the City or Instructor.
Participant requested withdrawals must be made a minimum of 3 business days prior to the start of class. These incur a $5 administrative processing fee.
- Refunds are available less a $5 administrative fee only if notice of withdrawal is given at least 3 business days prior to the start of the class.
- Withdrawals/refunds are not available once a program begins.
- Credit card transactions will be credited to the original card used.
- Refund checks will be mailed for cash or check transactions. This process takes 3 to 4 weeks.
