You will need to bring your bicycle to the front counter of the Brea Police Department (Open daily, 6am-midnight, including holidays) or the Yorba Linda Administrative office (Open Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, excluding holidays), and a Records technician or police cadet will issue a license. There currently is no fee, and the license will be valid for a period of 3 years.
