Meet Brea's Administrative Services Director
Administrative Services Director Bill Gallardo was promoted to Financial Services Director in August 2004. Prior to his appointment, Bill served as Brea's Financial Services Manager. In May 2010, as part of a reorganization plan to streamline city operations, an Administrative Services Department was created that comprised of the former Financial Services Department, plus the Information Technology Division.

Water Rate Tiered Billing System Promotes Water Conservation
