Chief's Corner
Police Chief Billy L. Hutchinson has served the Cities of Brea and Yorba Linda for 27 years. He began his law enforcement career with the Brea Police Department in 1981 when he was hired as a patrol officer. Chief Hutchinson was appointed Chief of Police in June 2008.
