Realize your goals with the various Group Exercise classes at the Brea Fitness Center. From traditional to the hottest trends in fitness, these classes enable you to enhance your cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility and strength training. Passes Required for Art Studio
Please remember that passes are required to participate in any group exercise classes held in the Art Studio.  These will be collected at the beginning of each class.  Passes can be picked up at the Front Counter upon checking in.

All Zumba classes are limited to 49 participants per class. Reserve a space for $1.

Zumba at the Brea Fitness Center
Please arrive early, passes are required due to high attendance. A fusion of Latin and International music are combined with dance and fitness moves to create this dynamic and effective cardiovascular workout. Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, Hip Hop, Flamanco, Calypso, Samba and Belly Dance all in one workout.
