Stress Relief, Breathing and Meditation Class
Mondays

Many of us experience stress and depression, we don't have to live such stressful lives! Let's take our bodies and brains back. Deep breathing and more oxygen to our brains can make our bodies healthier and our minds less stressed. With this class, learn to breathe more deeply to relax your mind and better control your emotions. While practicing deep breathing, we will have fun and laugh to get even more oxygen to your brains! We will also do some light body tapping and brain wave vibration to help reduce stress. While breathing more thoroughly, we will also meditate to quiet our minds and relax. Now, inhale and exhale... Hope to see you in class.
