Brea's Affordable Housing Programs
Brea Woods Low Rent Program

When the Brea Woods Senior Apartments were built in 1989, the City allowed a higher density (more units per acre) than would normally be permitted. In exchange for this higher density, the developer of the complex agreed to set aside 36 units for low-income seniors for a term of 25 years. If you wish to be added to the waiting list for a low-income unit, please call (714) 671-4421 for an application.
