Stay Healthy with Exercise
Brea Seniors, it's never too late to start exercising for your health and well being. Did you know you can participate in a variety of free classes at Pioneer Hall designed just for you? Exercise at your own pace in comfortable surroundings, while meeting new friends! For information, or to register for the class, please call (714) 990-7750. Health & Wellness Fitness Class
Fridays
12:30-2:30pm
Exercise every part of the body by using a variety of standing and sitting exercises with some modified aerobics. Each class has a variety of exercises with music.

This new fitness class is great for those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Zumba Gold modifies the Zumba formula to suit the needs of the active older participant by bringing exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; in an invigorating, party-like atmosphere.

Pioneer Hall
A free additional exercise class, for those 55+, has started with new workout variations and activities. This class is ongoing.
Longevity Stick Exercise Class
Wednesdays, 9:00-10:30 a.m.
Fridays, 10:00-11:00 a.m.
The “Longevity Stick” regimen incorporates a series of 12 movements designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, mental focus, breathing capacity and vitality. The exercise, which is done while standing or sitting, takes its name from the only piece of equipment used in its practice – a 1-inch-thick dowel that is an inch or two longer than the practitioner's height.

Resident Annual Fee - $60 (paid quarterly)
Non-Resident Fee - $100 (paid quarterly)
