Commit to a healthier lifestyle, Challenge your inner warrior!
Join Brea's Ultimate Boot Camp, led by Kasey Hazelton, NSCA-CPT and David Huynh, BS, CSCS. This is a fun and effective, results driven exercise program designed for all fitness levels. Increase strength, power, and muscular endurance. Improve cardiovascular function, balance, flexibility and sports performance through cardio strength training, density training, speed and agility exercises. Gain confidence, improve your quality of life and overall level of fitness no matter where you start.
Boot Camp is held at Arovista Park, 500 West Imperial Hwy (Imperial Highway at Berry Street).
In case of inclement weather, the camp will be held at Pioneer Hall.
Jump start your day with Brea's Ultimate Morning Boot Camp, a fun and effective, results driven exercise program designed for all fitness levels. Led by Tanya Loscutoff, AFAA, NASM, this camp is perfect for whether you want to lose weight, increase strength, lose body fat, boost your energy, or simply improve your health and self esteem, this is the program for you! Gain confidence, improve your quality of life and overall level of fitness no matter where you start.
Morning Boot Camp is help at the Brea Fitness Center.

Kasey Hazelton, NSCA-CPT Kasey Hazelton is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness and Health Promotion from California State University Fullerton. During her time at CSUF she has excelled in courses such as Exercise Techniques for Strength Training and Teaching Group Fitness. She is a certified BodyPump instructor and personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT). Kasey has a passion for helping people discover the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle. |

Tanya Loscutoff, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA, TRX, and Schwinn Cycle Certified Tanya Loscutoff has been extremely passionate about health and fitness for over 20 years. After being diagnosed with lupus 2 ½ years ago, she used fitness as a way to cope with it. Today, she’s a NASM certified personal trainer, an AFAA certified group instructor, and TRX and Schwinn certified. Tanya’s workout philosophy is “intensity without insanity”. She’s translated this mantra into her training sessions, utilizing fun and innovative moves that have helped her clients achieve their fitness goals throughout the years. |
